Frequently Asked Questions
HOW CAN I BUY AN ORIGINAL PAINTING?
My original watercolor and oil paintings are released in collections on my website throughout the year. Before each new collection launches, I’ll share ample previews and sneak peeks on social media. Subscribers of my Join the Collector’s List will have early access to collection pieces and occasional promotional discounts.
DO YOU OFFER COMMISSIONS?
As my creative process unfolded during this uniquely difficult year, I’ve decided to greatly reduce the number of commissions I will be taking on for the foreseeable future. Please contact me with your specific commission inquiries and together we will see if your proposal aligns with my schedule. Thank you for understanding!
IS YOUR STUDIO OPEN TO VISITORS?
My private art studio is located in Central Boulder, Colorado, right up against the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. Collectors are welcome to come visit my studio to see available work in person and/or to pick up work that was purchased via my website. Please contact me if you’d like to come by for a visit!
DO YOU OFFER ANY PAINTING COURSES?
I do! In May of each year, enrollment opens for my 8-week watercolor course, Mastering Mood. Be sure to sign up for the waitlist if you're interested in learning more when the time comes! For lots of valuable information about watercolor painting, download my free Water Supplies & Materials guide.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Every order and sale is handled with care and as much clarity and transparency as possible. My goal is for you to be completely happy with your purchase. Because of this, all sales of original works are final.
Please take the time to read descriptions carefully and check colors on multiple screens if you are concerned about color variations.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
All US and International orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow 3-5 days of processing time for your order to be packaged and leave the studio.
Prints and originals up to 11x14" are mailed in rigid mailers inside of a plastic sleeve. Larger originals are carefully packed inside of a box. Extra-large prints and originals are mailed inside of a tube.
